Good make up for green eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights?

I got green eyes, brown hair with LOTS of blonde. Idk not too pale but not very tan either. What are good colors for eyeliner, mascara, blush, eyeshadow, lipgloss, etc. ?Good make up for green eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights?

I have hazely eyes but all I use is light brown eye shadow with some shimmer and that colosal mascara and you know what they say less is more and the brown will make your eye pop
I would say a light pick for eyeshadow and blush and light brown eyeliner and black mascara
