Does anyone know how to make blonde highlights brighter? Can it be done with heat from a blow-dryer?

I don't know about a blow dryer, but there is a pomade product that makes hair very shiney and highlights stand out...go on ebay, and purchase ';GREEN WITH ENVY';. It is a great product!Does anyone know how to make blonde highlights brighter? Can it be done with heat from a blow-dryer?
The blow dryer will not make your HL's brighter but there is a shampoo and conditioner by ARTECH you can get at some salons and beauty supplies. It is called White Violet shampoo and conditioner and the way it works is it is tinted purple so it tones the HL by cancelling out any brassy tones. It will not turn your blonde purple nor the rest of your hair, just make it that pretty blonde you are looking for. It runs around 10 per bottle and will last you as long as your regular shampoo. To get the full effect i would try both products. Also a toner from your local salon is another solution to cancel out the unwanted hues.
