I had blonde highlights i then had the hairdresser put on a semi hair colour (brown, my colour) it is washing out slowly. My question is, is it ok to put a semi of the same colour on myself at home?I had blonde highlights, then the hair dresser put a semi on, can i put another semi on top?
as a senior stylist and a salon owner, there should be no problems at all with you doing this at home, however make sure your hair has not been over processed the salon would have told you, and stick to the instructions on the box, do a strand test, the salon would have used a toner last time


and you can buy that at any sallys hair store or chemist

Yes, definitely! You should get a colour a little lighter than you think you want, though, just to be safe.
don't do it yourself because it will never look the same, your stylist has years of experience with foils and how color works. just go back to the salon and have them do it. But yes, semi-perm is ok to cover every 2 weeks.
