the permanent black dye is the answer. go to a beauty supply house and get clairol in teh black velvet color i think its number 50. they can inform you how to mix with developer but use a 10 volume. after you do that the blonde may pop through . if it does you should use a semi permanent black color as often as needed until it grws ot.How do i permanentely cover my blonde highlights against my naturally black hair?
go to the salon.

sounds like the blond is over processed which is why it won't hold the color.

they are going to have to use a filler or stain your hair in order for the blond to hold the color.

professional hair color is much better than store bought brands. all of these at home color jobs are damaging your hair and going over and over and over the same color is not helping obviously, so let the pros handle it.

besides, a stylist can use exactly what your hair needs, box color can't tell you that.
you just have to keep coloring over it until it grows out enough to cut it off. because you bleached the color out of your hair to get it blonde it doesn't have any pigment left which is why it keeps fading back blonde.
why would you want to cover them completely. Blonde highlights are beautiful especially as we approach the nice weather. It will lighten up your face too!! Only a suggestion.
