Blonde highlight? tips? tricks? why does this stupid thing have to be 20 characters?

okk. so i have dark brown hair that reaches to above my shoulders with short layers [uhmm. i suppose ';scene'; is the proper term lol] and i wanna do like a biggish blonde chunk [sorta like jack bakarat or alex gaskarth] but i'm not sure where to put it, and how to do it soo if you kind people would pleaseee help me!

you could put it around yo bangs or the chunks of hair around yo ears (My friend said they were called bit** handles)





remember to put it where ppl can see it.
If its like a scene cut do the shortish hair around your face only. That would look cool.
