Yeah they can, but they're also very common, and not the way to go if you want something unique. But they will brighten up your appearance and give you a summery glow, which is probably why so many people have them.What do you think of blonde highlight?
Yeah they will bright you up and show off yer tan. If your not sure just have a few done to start with, then if you like it have more put in.
Brunettes rule.If your hair is naturally blonde,cool. There are way too many whacked fake blondes.
sure they can i've got blonde highlights and they really look cool i think that it depends on the colour of your hair but blonde ones look good on most colours. try!!!
They can look really nice if they are done well by a professional. But, in the wrong hands a home highlighter kit can make a girl look like a slapper, 20 years older than she is.
blonde does make a tan look better but down fall is that if its to blonde when tan fades it drains the colour in the face so you end up looking paler i would say if having blonde high lites go for honey blonde or pale golden blonde these are tints not bleach so better for the hair and dont drain the colour from your face when tan fades.

Yes absolutely! I have dark brown hair and just this past year I got blonde highlights put in...What an amazing difference! Especially with a tan.
They give your hair more texture - it freshens the look.





I have dark brown hair with highlights, but they're only a few shades lighter - a subtle mid-brown.





Just be sure to have subtle ones - the 'zebra crossing' effect at the roots really isn't a good look!
Yeah they brighten up your complexion. I've got different shades of Aveda highlights and the colour's really bright %26amp; reflects light too. I don't have much of a tan, but if you use some bronzer (bobbi brown shimmer brick compact is the best i've found) then it brings out the blonde even more. Aveda do really good maintenance products too. Color conserve is the best.
oh yes it will show off a tan was your hair med brown before or dark brown medium brown with highlights are nice.
