I am going to lighten my medium dyed red hair with the Clairol Born Blonde kit, then I am adding a Clairol semi-permanente toner to make it a nice medium blonde. I wanted to know if I can add hi and low lights after I do this. If I can how long should I wait to add them? Thanks for any help.Can I highlight my hair over the Clairol toner for the Born Blonde Kit?
