How can i get blonde highlights without bleach?

I have dark brown (ethnic) hair, I'm planning on coloring it black with colored highlights in it. I want to know how i can achieve bleach blonde highlights without bleach. Please help :)How can i get blonde highlights without bleach?

You can't. it's either bleach or no highlights.





Lemon Juice DOES NOT work. It does more damage to your hair. It especially won't work on dark hair.
to add to Dave's answer get a lemon squeezed in to hair and than comb thru and sit in the sun
