If I had a touch up on Dec. 20 can I get a full head on Feb. 14? Or is that too soon? I have plans the night of Feb. 14 and would like the highlights that day as my hair is looking drab.How often should one get a full head of blonde highlights and a touch up?
whenever you start to notice your roots coming in, it's time for a touch up.
doing it too soon will only fry your hair.
