I cannot afford to go to the salon.I have blonde highlights %26amp; it is growing out. How can I touch up with out going to a stylist?
You should have thought about how you were going to touch up those highlights BEFORE you got them. There is no way for you to touch them up yourself because you can't isolate select strands of hair into foils. Notice how no one else has answered you yet. That's because professional highlights cannot be emulated. Good luck!
