What can you use to revive your blonde highlights?

I had my hair highlighted about 6 weeks ago and though you cant really see the root growth the highlights are looking a bit dull. What products are good for lifting the colour, and also, does the old myth about Tomato Ketchup work, or is that just for hair that has been in clorine? Please help.:)What can you use to revive your blonde highlights?
Dear Trixerella

I have tomato ketchup with several of my foods and have done so for many a year. It's great with chicken and chips, but so far it's done nothing for my hair...... Maybe I'm using the wrong brand of ketchup...... but then again I have never had any highlights in my hair........

But even if your highlights fade, you will always be a highlight in my life. With you I'll never be LOSTWhat can you use to revive your blonde highlights?
I find my bleached highlights go a bit dull after a while and i always use shampoo for blonde hair, when my hair is looking a bit duller than usual i use a clariyfying shampoo, the panten pro v one is good, the shampoo is clear in colour and removes any build up on your hair cause that is what makes it dull, hope this helps x x
lush have a shampoo called the blonde

the reviews say it works

it has chammomile in

if you get it will you tell me if it works please?

they also do some stuff called Marilyn that sounds similar
Squeeze the juice of 12 lemons or buy fresh lemon juice pre-squeezed, wash your hair in johnsons baby shampoo and rinse well, condition with johnsons baby conditioner comb it through to the ends leave for 5 mins rinse really well then pour the juice all over your head, work it in to your hair and again comb through to the ends leave for 2 minutes then rinse really well again, this should brighten up your hair. Dont leave the lemon juice on too long though it is very drying. good luck. By the way i never heard of putting ketchup on your head but it must be something to do with the acidity in it same with vinegar or lemon juice.
Dove shampoo and conditioner for high lighted hair, works magic on my high lights. And is cheap too, give your hair a treat with their intense conditioner.
50 quid note, go to the hairdresser
Try Elsive shampoo and conditioner for coloured/highlighted hair - really does brighten the highlights.
if your blonde is dull and brassy use some sort of purple based shampoo...shimmer lights.... matrix so silver blue malva by aveda........ or the pure pearl color conditioner of the redken blonde glam line.....spray a shine on there after styling or before...adding heat will give shine.....or go get a partial highlight......or both.....hope this helps.....
i cant remember who it is by..i think sunsilk. i am pretty sure...but it's supposed to brighten your hair color when its dull...and it has one for blondes...brunettes...a.nd redheads. its a shampoo...and it like touches up the color without using chemicals...i think it will work...get the blonde one and run it over your highlights.
Get shampoo or conditioner that's targeted towards highlighted/blonde hair. John Freida, sunsilk, and Pantene has a line to jazz up highlights. Otherwise, put some lemon juice on the highlighted areas and apply heat or go in the sun. That should take some of the brassiness out. Good luck!
You could use shampoos that are meant to be for blonde hair because they give out the colour more. I've never heard about tomato ketchup but I have heard of putting lemon juice in you're hair and going in the sun. That really does work.

Good Luck on getting those blonde highlights visible!
When colouring over bleach with colour you have to pre pig it with red or it could go green and yes tomato ketchup does work. To boost your highlights try rinsing with lemon juice.
