Hairstylists! Can I put bleach blonde highlights on top of black permanent coloured hair?

good lord no. i have jet black hair and it took me four times to bleach it to get it to blonde.Hairstylists! Can I put bleach blonde highlights on top of black permanent coloured hair?
you can but you need a strong developer. ie. 40 strength.


i wouldnt reccomend the look and if it doesnt do well you should avoid bleaching it again for a week or two.
