How easy is it to change blonde highlighted hair to brown hair?

I am a natural blonde but for the last 9 years i have highlighted it. Due to money circumstances i cannot offered to keep getting this done.

My daughter changed her natural blonde highlighted hair from blonde to chestnut brown in January - unfortunately she used a permanent hair dye and it then proceeded to go ginger - you will have to keep dyeing it every month to keep it healthy looking but choose a semi-permanent in case you don't like it.





My daughter went back to blonde in May but we had to have it stripped first at the hairdressers and then coloured a dark blonde with blonde highlights - we have highlighted it 3 times since and it looks OK now but not as blonde as it was originally. This has cost us in the region of 拢200 - a very expensive exercise indeed.





My advice try a semi-perm first to see if you like brown but by the time you pay for hair dyes every month surely it going to be nearly as expensive!!How easy is it to change blonde highlighted hair to brown hair?
very easy, i went from blonde to brown about a year ago.


i got mine glossed. its not always great the first time but after the 2nd or third it starts to cover the blonde up :)
Very easy, all you can do is buy the hair dye at the store and dye it yourself.
Brown is boring, Red is hot.
