I used a 9p color (blonde) by Paul Mitchell and mixed with 40 volume developer and my brown hair turned a brassy orange color. What did I do wrong? Is the color not strong enough, any suggestions besides go to the salon, i know that.How to highlight brown to blonde?
Most hair color will only lift 3 or 4 shades max %26amp; if your hair is dark... it will require bleach, not color, to get blond. You need to get to a color correction speicialist asap before you make it worse %26amp; severely damage your hair.
